How It Works

Infrastructure built on a simple exchange

No massive data centres. No grid overload. Just smart, modular nodes placed inside existing buildings — creating a nationwide AI supercomputer one site at a time.

01 — Host
🏢

You Provide the Space

A secure wall or floor footprint, an existing grid connection, and an Ultra-Fast Broadband fibre link. That's all we need to get started.

02 — Node

We Install the Hardware

Liquid-cooled GPU nodes, a smart electrical panel, and a battery storage system. Silent, compact, and fully managed — no IT expertise required from you.

03 — Benefit
🌿

You Get the Returns

Your power and broadband bills are subsidised or covered entirely. The waste heat from the node feeds directly into your building's heating system. Your facility becomes a resilient energy hub.

Who It's For

Built for community and commercial hubs

Rather than residential homes, TiakaiT targets high-capacity hubs that already have the grid capacity, space, and community need to make the biggest impact.

🖥️
Co-Working Spaces & Innovation Hubs
What you get
Building power subsidies plus wholesale AI compute credits — a premium perk you can offer tech tenants, developers, and startups at zero extra cost.
Phase 1 Priority
🏪
Big Box Retailers & Warehouses
What you get
Commercial-grade load balancing, grid stabilisation, and verifiable ESG contribution — turning underutilised floor space into a strategic digital asset.
ESG Aligned
🐄
Dairy & Agricultural Producers
What you get
Energy sovereignty and localised farm-to-cloud compute. Process herd health data and pasture analytics on-site with battery backup that cushions rural grid volatility.
Energy Sovereign
🏉
Sports Clubs & Recreation Centres
What you get
Heavy winter utility bills — floodlights, heating, hot water — subsidised or fully covered. Battery backup keeps the clubrooms running through outages and community events.
Utility Savings
🎖️
RSAs & Veterans' Facilities
What you get
Future-proof aging buildings and free up capital for member services. Smart panels and battery backup transform your hall into a warm, powered emergency safe haven during grid failures.
Resilience Hub

Why Aotearoa

New Zealand is uniquely positioned for this

🌊

80%+ Renewable Grid

Hydro, geothermal, and wind dominate our electricity supply. That's a massive commercial advantage — global enterprise AI demand for verifiably green compute has never been higher.

🔗

Nationwide UFB Fibre

Ultra-Fast Broadband connects our cities, suburbs, and towns. Isolated physical nodes can be clustered into a single, unified virtual supercomputer over existing infrastructure.

🛡️

Māori Data Sovereignty

Te Tiriti o Waitangi and tino rangatiratanga mandate that data is governed locally. Hyperscalers often expose NZ data to foreign legislation. TiakaiT keeps it onshore — physically and legally.

Grid Capacity Already Exists

Most commercial properties use only 40–42% of their allocated electrical capacity. No grid upgrades, no new transmission lines, no years-long consenting battles — just smarter use of what's already there.

Our Ethos
People Planet Prosperity

Every TiakaiT node must measurably benefit the community hosting it, operate on verified renewable energy, and generate genuine economic value for Aotearoa. Infrastructure that doesn't serve all three isn't infrastructure we'll deploy.

Phase 1 Rollout

How the process works

We're accepting a limited number of Phase 1 host sites. The process is designed to be fast, transparent, and low-friction for serious operators.

1

Apply on This Site

Tell us about your location — approximate square metres, grid capacity, and the type of facility. Takes under 3 minutes.

2

$100 Priority Deposit via Stripe

A fully refundable deposit secures your place in the Phase 1 assessment queue. This is labelled clearly as a Site Feasibility Assessment — not a commitment to install.

3

Engineering Assessment

Our technical team contacts you within 48 hours to schedule a site feasibility review — electrical capacity, thermal integration requirements, and network connectivity.

4

Proposal & Agreement

If the site qualifies, you receive a tailored proposal detailing your exact power subsidy, heat recovery benefit, and installation timeline. You decide whether to proceed.

Secure Your Place

$100 fully refundable if your site doesn't proceed.

Ready?

Turn your space into a node.

Phase 1 sites are limited. If you manage a co-working space, commercial property, sports club, RSA, or agricultural operation — we want to hear from you.
